1. Our Integrity & Ethical Standards

At Root Warriorz Herbal Spa, we are deeply committed to upholding integrity and ethical practices in every aspect of our work. We require an exchange of energy for the spiritual services we provide, reflected in our pricing. Our prices are set and final, ensuring fairness for both our clients and the energetic currency we offer. We believe in transparency and the value of our services, which is why we do not negotiate or alter our fees.

2. Consultations for Ritual Work

For any ritual work that involves the removal of hexes, curses, or jinxes, we require an initial consultation. This consultation allows us to assess your situation thoroughly and determine the appropriate course of action. Ritual work is delicate and personalized, and we take great care in crafting the best solutions for our clients' spiritual needs.

3. Herbal Store – Mail to Order Only
Our Herbal Store operates as a mail-order service, shipping products to all 50 states. While our system may show "pickup" as an option due to technical configurations, please note that all herbal orders will be shipped directly to you. We do not offer in-person pickups at this time.

4. Separate Ordering Systems
The services offered at Root Warriorz are managed through three separate systems: The Shadow Alchemy Library, the Herbal Store, and our bookable services. Due to the unique nature of each department, the checkout cart does not allow for combined orders across these platforms. We ask that you complete separate transactions for each category, as they are handled by different teams and employees.

5. Justification for Ritual Work
We do not perform baneful or harmful magic without justified cause. All ritual service requests are thoroughly examined to ensure that they align with our ethical standards. We take great care in evaluating the necessity of any ritual, particularly those intended to remove or reverse negative energies. If a request is not deemed justified, we reserve the right to decline the service.

6. No Refund Policy for Services & Digital Products

Due to the nature of our offerings, there are no refunds for any spiritual or energy services, as the time and energy invested cannot be reclaimed. Additionally, there are no refunds for digital products once files have been sent or accessed. The only exceptions are for physical products ordered through our Herbal Store, where refunds are allowed in the case of a product issue or error.

7. Ritual Services for Members Only
Ritual services are exclusive to members of Root Warriorz. To request or participate in spell work, you must be an active member of our community. We offer a membership program designed to build trust, understanding, and alignment between our practitioners and clients. Please inquire about membership if you are interested in receiving ritual work.

8. Shipping Policies

All orders from our Herbal Store are shipped via priority mail. Production time is typically 72 hours, followed by 2-day shipping, resulting in a total estimated delivery time of approximately 5 business days. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, ensuring you receive your products in a timely manner.
